I would do it, if I were you, but haggle a bit about your future payment.
15% is OK if you're still learning to work with the package, and if you know
what they base the cost on, but later on I would go for something more
secure, like an hourly rate (I don't know how about the exchange rate of
your money to Dutch guilders, so I cannot give you any advice on that), with
overtime paid extra.

It is productive, but, like any other package I've worked with, not bug free
at all.
